HOW LONG DOES THE STORY LAST?
Shadows of Seattle unfolds across 24 Files over 12 months. Members receive two Files each month, mailed separately on or around the 5th and 20th.
CAN I JOIN AT ANY TIME?
Yes. Every member begins with File 001, no matter when they join. You’ll receive the story in order from the beginning, so you never have to worry about joining in the middle.
WHEN WILL MY FIRST FILE BE MAILED?
The Society mails twice each month, on or around the 5th and 20th. Join by the 1st for the 5th mailing or by the 17th for the 20th mailing. Memberships beginning after the 17th will be included in the following month’s 5th mailing.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE READER AND THE COLLECTOR?
The Reader is our story-focused membership, featuring the complete serialized story, featured artwork, and a paper keepsake in every File. The Collector is the complete Unmarked Society experience, with additional artwork, physical evidence, character cards, stickers, and collectible ephemera.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your membership renews automatically once per month until canceled.
CAN I PAUSE, CANCEL, OR CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can manage your membership through your customer account, including pausing or canceling your subscription. Changes should be made before your next renewal is processed.
WHAT IF I MOVE OR NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You can update your shipping address through your customer account. Please make any address changes before your next File is prepared for mailing. We cannot redirect Files that have already been mailed.
WHAT IF MY FILE IS LOST OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your File arrives damaged or seems to have been lost in the mail, please contact us and we’ll help make it right.
IS THE UNMARKED SOCIETY A GAME? IS THE STORY REAL?
Shadows of Seattle and its characters, events, case files, evidence, records, and other story materials are fictional and created solely as part of the experience. The story contains mature mystery/thriller themes, including disappearances, violence, death, and threatening situations.
